My favorite soymilks are Better Than Milk
and Silk.
But as a sub for coconut milk,
almond milk would be a better choice.
Hemp milk is also a good choice.

If you need to thicken a "milk',
blend in blender with a SMALL amount
of guar gum.

A drop of coconut extract or flavoring
will add to the desired taste (if you like).
