Either works well, with somewhat different
results. If you broil it, be sure to watch
it carefully -- it could burn if you don't!

I like to panfry it for burgers.
Broiling is great for BBQ!

When using tempeh in an Indonesian recipe,
fry it in a little coconut oil
(after simmering).
Tempeh loves coconut oil!
