I am so glad you mentioned that you use cinnamon and black pepper for the garam masala. I always have both of those around the house! I thought about making tempeh burgers. What I bought is a rectangular shape of "Soyboy 5 grain tempeh" (incase you might have heard of this brand. I would then cut in half and simmer in broth. After that should I pan fry or can I broil it? What do you do?
