Subject:         wholewheat pastry flour

Hi, I have some American vegan recipe books, and they all use 'wholewheat pastry flour'. However, I am in England and we don't have that, nor do shops sell 'cake flour' that is listed as a 1/2 and 1/2 alternative with all-purpose.

Do you know a suitable alternative, it's just that I can't try any of the recipes, as cooking sites say that the recipes will fail without using this type of flour.
