Subject:	Amy's Vegetable Korma

I love Amy's Vegetable Korma, but it's so expensive; today I gave my first try at recreating it, but it didn't turn out flavorful enough. I used a vegetarian recipe from Manjula's Kitchen website, omitting paneer and substituting coconut milk for cow's milk. It came out kind of bland tasting.

I'm hoping to find a recipe that is close to Amy's- mild to medium in spiciness, yet flavorful. Does anyone have a recipe to share?
