Use whole grains of all kinds, along with nuts and seeds. Vary the grains and nuts/seeds to optimize complementarity. Take a multi-vitamin with full B-complex, including B-12. Use non-soy milks, like almond, rice, hemp, etc. For "meaty" dishes, use seitan/wheatmeat.
