Hi, I am experimenting with vegan recipes this month. I loved the coconut curry
chicken at Good Earth restaurant (Minnesota) and would love to make it (minus
the chicken) and the wonderful wheat berry rice it is served on. Would you be
able to obtain (or help modify) the recipe? Thanks, Dawn
