Hey Deb! I just made polenta for the first time but I think I undercooked it. How long do you usually cook it for? The recipe I used said 15 mins. I have a jar of dried tarragon that I've never used because I just don't know what to do with it. Do you have any good recipes that use it? (something simple like just vegetables, because I'm still not eating gluten or soy) Thanks :)
