Chef Deb,

My friend wanted to make Oatmeal Cookies for her allergy-ridden son. She tried making a basic recipe, using Egg-Replacer instead of the Egg but they turned out hopelessly dry.

Do you have any tried-n-true recipes in your stack??

He's allergic to eggs & dairy - but she has Egg-Replacer, Earth Balance "butter" bars & soy milk readily available.
