Yogurt = soy yogurt

Cottage cheese = crumbled firm silken tofu

Egg = Ener-G (prepared) plus 1 Tbs soy flour
OR
Flax goop plus 1 Tbs soy flour

In both cases, the result may be
somewhat softer than if made with
eggs. Careful handling should
minimize any problem.
