Had these in my files.

I'm sure you could add bits of
the ingredients you mentioned
and it would still work.

---

Dog Biscuits I

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 Tbs garlic powder (or less)
2 Tbs vegan bouillon powder ('beef' or 'chicken')
3 Tbs imitation bacon bits
6 Tbs vegetable oil
2/3 cup water (approx)

Mix all ingredients together, adding just enough
water to make a dough that can be rolled out.
Roll out to 1/4" thick and cut out with cookie
cutters.
Put on sprayed cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 F for about 35 - 45 minutes, basting
occasionally with melted margarine.
Let cool completely in oven, until hard.

Store in airtight container.

----

Dog Biscuits II

4 cups white flour
3 cups barley flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups oatmeal flakes
2 cups rye flour
2 cups corn meal
1 cup soymilk powder
4 tsps salt
2 packets yeast
4 cups vegetable broth
3 Tbs vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 300 F.
Combine all dry ingredients in as huge a pot as
you can find, if you are making the whole recipe.
I suggest halving it.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water.
To this add the broth.
Combine the wet ingredients to the dry
ingredients, stirring "until your arm falls off".
Form into a ball and knead for about 3 mins.
Roll out onto a floured board about 1/2" thick
and cut into desired shapes.
Put on cookie sheet and bake for 45 mins.
Turn off oven and leave in overnight to develop
rock hard texture.

Alternatively, you can tear off little pieces
and roll them into marble-size balls and bake
them that way. Or make lots of sizes.
[It will not make much difference in how long
they cook.]

Put on cookie sheet and bake for 45 mins.
Turn off oven and leave in overnight to develop
rock-hard texture.
