Subject:	instant recipes for travel

Hello all:

I am in search of portable, instant recipe ideas that I can use while I am traveling. We will be staying in a hotel that is equipped only with a coffee pot so I'm searching for recipes that can prepared that don't require refrigeration and that can be heated up using hot water and possibly a thermos.

Since we will be in a major city we will have regular grocery store access.

I've seen a few possibilities for cooking steel cut oats in a thermos and instant cream of potato soup but need other alternatives to help keep our food budget down for our 10-trip.

We are also on a fat/sodium restricted diet.

Your help is much appreciated.
