I usually soak grains to make them more digestible (then drain, then cook in fresh water). --- Adding yogurt sounds sensible, considering how the probiotics are good for the digestive system in general, so it probably does help make grains easier to digest. --- Serving grains along with a protein also lowers the glycemic load.
