I usually soak grains to make them
more digestible (then drain, then
cook in fresh water).

Adding yogurt sounds sensible, considering
how the probiotics are good for the
digestive system in general, so it probably
does help make grains easier to digest.

Serving grains along with a protein
also lowers the glycemic load.
