Thank you so much Chef Deborah, just wondering if you had ever heard that some of the gluten free grains should be soaked for about 24 hours with water and 2 tabl spoons of organic plain yogurt? This is for about one cup of grain. I heard that this helped the grain to break down the hull and then your body won't read it as a high glycemic load for you. Just wondering the validity of this info. Thanks,
