Lemon juice can sub for vinegar in many recipes. If you buy a bottle of vinegar (whatever type), it will keep almost forever, and is cheap. If you don't use it all up, you can clean windows and countertops with it, and it keeps cut potatoes from turning brown. Of course, lemon juice will do that, too!
