Speaking to recipes specific to Veganomicon by Isa Moskowitz and Terry Romero. They seem to use AC vinegar in a lot of things... but i am looking at only 1 or 2 recipes. if you have the book:
pp 223 & 253.
generally, i don't usually keep any vinegar in the pantry. maybe i ought to rethink that... hmmmmm.
