Hi there. I am new to so much of these things, but am trying to 1) use Tofu for cooking and only know how to stir fry it 2) Use new grains like Buckwheat Goads, Amaranth, Millet, Wild Rice and 3) Bake with Gluten Free flours. I love to cook and bake, but my old habits have to go. Any ideas for recipes? I love breakfast scones etc and cant seem to get those to bake without white flour.
