Thanks Chef Deb! I'm excited to try it! I like the idea of making my own spray too for pans. I happen to have liquid lecithin in my cupboard. Also thanks for the list of oils that can be heated at a higher temp. I will check out the different oils at the health food store! You are always so helpful!!
