Subject:         Carrot Ginger Dressing

I've looked up recipes for this dressing that they put on the salads at Japanese steakhouses, but none of them sound right. The kind I'm used to is thin and chunky but not watery or oily. And pretty sweet and not too gingery - I can't feel the heat from the ginger at all. I have no idea where to start, can you help me Deb?
