Subject:	Chocolate milk mix

I have a recipe for chocolate ice cream that I'd like to try.
I can veganize the creamer but it also calls for Hershey's
Chocolate Milk Mix. The ingredients for Hershey's chocolate
milk mix are:

Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Corn starch, Salt, Carageenan, Dextrin,
Emulsifiers: Soya Lecithin, Flavouring, Colours: Plain
Caramel, Allura Red, Tartrazine, Brilliant Blue;
Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide.

(YUCK).

Can I get a vegan recipe for the above so that I can make my
own milk mix?
