Wow, thanks for all of those! For the pancake mix, is it supposed to say "soymilk powder"? (I finally bought some! lol) And if I use the egg replacer in the mix, do I still use it in the wet ingredients? Does guar gum work the same as xanthan, or should I just suck it up and spend the extra money?
