How long will a baked potato stay good in the fridge? I've never been a baked potato person, but now that I know how many nutrients are in them I'm all about it! It would be nice to cook up enough for a few days! Thanks :) Not sure if anyone could use this info but BJ's just started taking food stamps! So I just stocked up on about 60 LBs of frozen veggies LOL They're Green Giant brand, most of them with no salt or sugar added! (I didn't pick up the green peas because they had 8% sodium/serving)
