I'm trying to stick to 1400 calories a day at least til I lose 15-20 more pounds (already lost 50). This is what I was planning to eat for the day but it is about 50mg low in calcium based on 1200mg a day, and already up to 1400 calories.

2 thin slices homemade whole wheat bread
1/4 c TVP (seasoned, rehydrated, with onions)
3 cups cooked whole grain brown rice
half of a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
2/3 c frozen peas
1 navel orange
1 large banana
1 c unsweetened soymilk
1/2 package frozen spinach
1/4 pound tofu, 2 cups cooked broccoli, .5 c soymilk (1/4 recipe tofu divan)

Can you think of anything I could replace to add a little extra calcium, without adding more calories? If I replace the bread with .5 cup chickpeas I'm good with calcium but a little low in selenium. (I take a multi vitamin, but I want to know I can get it all from food)

I know this forum's for recipes but you're all about health food so I thought you might know! Thanks :)
