Subject:         those strawberries are freezing!

Rinse strawberries, and let dry
on paper towels.

Remove green stems and leaves.

Dust strawberries with powdered sugar
or powdered other dry sweetener
(xylitol, erythritol, sucralose, etc).

Put in single layers in freezer bags
or other freezable containers.

Freeze.


NOTE:
You can omit the sweetener, if desired,
but expect the strawberries to stick
together more.
