I ended up improvising: medium silken tofu, vegenaise, sweet onion, curry powder, soy sauce, and vegan worcesterchire (how ever it is spelled!) in the food processor. It was pretty close. I will definitely be trying one of your recipes--the chutney sounds delicious! Thank you!
