Curry Dip
1 cup soy mayo OR soy sour cream OR plain soy
yogurt
1/2 cup mango chutney (or other chutney)
1 tsp Madras curry powder (or to taste)
Dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Cayenne (to taste)
In processor, put all ingredients.
Blend until just smooth.
Chill, and serve with bread, crackers, or veggie
sticks.

Curry Dip II
2 8-oz packages soy cream cheese, softened
1 cup Major Grey's chutney (or other chutney)
1 tsp curry powder (or to taste)
Dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp dry mustard (or to taste)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and
mix until just blended.
Put in a covered container, and refrigerate
overnight.
When ready to use, let soften at room temperature.
Spread on toast or crackers, or serve as a dip
with corn chips.
