Subject:         Special Xmas Recipe

Please help! I need a main dish vegetarian recipe for Christmas Day -- something a little more special than a typical casserole. Any and all suggestions welcome. My thoughts were savory crepes or phyllo bundles. My guests won't eat mushrooms, spinach or summer squash.
