Subject:	recipe for yves style veggie meat?

I am looking for a veggie meat recipe that is similar to the yves or the tofurky veggie meats. My kids really love this stuff but it is just too expensive when you have 3 kids and a husband going through it! LOL I do make the vegan vittles veggie meats, but they just don't slice up the way we like it for sandwiches. So, anyone have a recipe for me? :)
