Subject:         The Mousse That Roared

Tofutti BTCC Mousse

8 oz Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp chocolate extract (opt)
2 cups Soyatoo whipped topping
(or other whipped topping)

In a large bowl, combine Tofutti and cocoa.
Beat gently until smooth and fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and extracts, and beat
gently until smooth.
Fold topping gently into mixture.
Chill very well.


Pour into cooled pie shell. Cover and chill until
firm, 4-5 hours. 8 servings
