I think refrigerating starter is OK, if not freezing it. ---- The next time you boil potatoes, save the water you cooked them in. Use that water (cooled) when you make bread. Add a half cup of mashed potato flakes to the dough. That's "potato bread" without the fuss! ---- That masala dosa was so good! I made it twice in two days. Try it with a mixture of potatoes. Yum!
