I make my almond milk the same way, except in a K-tech blender. (Now they're sold as Blend-tec.) I strain it thru a nut milk bag too. I keep the nut milk plain, but when I pour it back into the blender for smoothies, I sweeten it then with dates and maple syrup (I'm not 100% raw). I'm wondering how well the soy milk makers (specifically SoyQuick and Soyabella) do at making raw almond milk. They automate the straining process, and greatly speed it up.
