Hi Amy, I make my almond milk in my Vitamixer and then strain it through a nut bag. When following a basic recipe, I add less water to make the milk a little creamier. Also, I found that when making walnut milk, that it taste alot like whip cream! Whatever milk I'm making, I add vanilla and some Agave nectar when I pour it back into the mixer after straining it.
