Hello,

Fatigue was my complaint. I was already taking iron, being anemic. After reading several articles on vegan/raw dieting, it was suggested to take a sublingual vitamin B-12, which I now do.

I am a vegan and find I have less fatigue when I eat more "cooked" food. I ate strickly raw for months and felt tired all the time. However, I struggled with chronic pain before eating raw. Eating raw took away my pain and I felt great that way, yet tired. Now that I'm eating more cooked food, the pain is starting to creep back in. I'm going back to the raw and continuing on the B-12 to see if that helps. I also heard that too much fat intake (nuts) can cause fatigue. You will learn as you go.

My chiroprator offers food allergy tests. I asked my ENT about it. He sent me for one; a simple blood test. The test from the chiroprator would have cost a few hundred bucks out of my pocket, but it covers a whold realm of foods. The one I took was a little more basic. However, I found out I'm allergic to some common foods. I'm still considering taking the one from my chiro.

Do you have any RAW cookbooks? There are a wide variety of recipes you can make as well as good advice.

Nora
