Hi!

Many of my raw cookbooks call for young coconut in its recipes. I haven't seen a young coconut around my part of the USA. Regular coconuts are just too much work to open and dig out. I have tried to substitute with the dry variety. Is it possible to soak dried coconut to plump it up again?
