Lara-type bars are the easiest to make because they are just 3 ingredients.
They are so basic. You can add to them to your preference.
Here is a bar base:
Flour (grain or combo)
Nuts/Seeds
Dried fruit
If you have these three ingredients, plus a liquid, you can make a bar.
Flour can be sprouted and dried grains, ground into a flour. Add in some protein powder, ground nuts/seeds, and/or ground coconut and you have a great flour mix.
Chop up some nuts and/or seeds. Add.
Soak some fruit and blend to a puree, add to dry ingredients and mix. Or use juice or water.
Chop some dried fruit. Mix in.
Get it to a dough consistency. Press into a brownie pan. Cut into bars. Refrigerate or freeze.
Very basic bars, very simple.
That takes minutes to make. You can add more, of course, which is just as easy. I've made them before, even though I don't anymore.
