I have eaten a Greek dish made with grape leaves. They rolled up meat and seasonings and rice inside the leaves. It was delicious.
It was for a homeschool dinner and each family did a little program on a different country. They made some national dishes, a flag, a map, a costume, etc.
YOu could probably find more information by searching for recipes online.
