Hi, I've been on a water fast since Monday (I last ate Sunday evening). I didn't do anything special to prepare like a juice fast but I may go that route coming off the fast. I've had a persistent headache, but it’s not bad. I still get hungry at meal times but no biggie. I’ve lost three pounds, presumably water weight. Since I’m 5’2” and 150lbs due to my eating like a lumberjack. I expected more, but I’m not in it for weight loss. So it’s going well… I just expected some sort of response from my body. Three days is the magic number? Tomorrow I’ll turn into a pumpkin? Seriously though, I have been taking a multi-vitamin. Could that interfere? I’ve been drinking bottled water and plain tap water. Would distilled water really make a difference? Any advice from fasters? |
