Subject:         Need Fasting Tips

I've been on a water fast since Monday (I last ate Sunday evening). I didn't do anything special to prepare like a juice fast but I may go that route coming off the fast.

I've had a persistent headache, but itís not bad. I still get hungry at meal times but no biggie. Iíve lost three pounds, presumably water weight. Since Iím 5í2Ē and 150lbs due to my eating like a lumberjack. I expected more, but Iím not in it for weight loss.

So itís going wellÖ I just expected some sort of response from my body.

Three days is the magic number? Tomorrow Iíll turn into a pumpkin?

Seriously though, I have been taking a multi-vitamin. Could that interfere? Iíve been drinking bottled water and plain tap water. Would distilled water really make a difference?

Any advice from fasters?
Iím shooting for 10 but will do at least 5 days.
