WOW what a statement. For 200,000 years man has eaten meat, fish, poultry, nuts, berries, and some veggies almost exclusively. Now meat is bad? Cooking is bad? Get real, Meat is protean. Meat is good. Cooking is good. Cooking kills bacteria (hello that's your stomach ache source) cooking softens foods that are too hard or to sinewy, cooking breaks down chemicals in the food that the living thing (mostly plants in this case) once used to discourage you from eating it in the first place (that’s why cooked food often tastes better). In short heres the truth diet is not complicated. eat the way nature intended you to, based on 25,000 generations of humans who lived quite well before food processing was invented. Listen to your body since we are not all the same. Don’t fear the protean or the fat your body knows what to do with them and has natural mechanisms to deal with them. Carbs in moderation since the only way for you to use them is to burn them or store them as fat. That’s what I believe and it works well for me.
