Actually we are meant to eat meat and dairy - we are naturally omnivores (kinda like pigs) and no matter how much people try to argue against that it wont make it less true. Raw food is also by no means the healthiest option - the discovery of cooking was infact one of the major aspects that rapidly increased human development, particularily that of the brain (I mean in terms of evolution).
I dont agree with all the processed fast food on the other hand either and I agree that cutting out certain meats and high fat foods can be healthier -but ultimately the healthiest thing is a well balanced diet and the raw food eating cutting out, well basically everything apart from nuts and vegeatables, is just a new type of eating disorder - and you know there are a lot of anorexia nervosa sufferers who also believe they are much healthier than the rest of us.
