Agree with above on limiting the fat. I only lost a little bit of weight on raw in the beginning, then got 80/10/10 diet and realized I was eating a too high percentage of fat in my diet. (This is very common with new raw fooders.) I highly recommend Dr. Graham's book. And of course, you need to be exercising consistently where you really feel like your exerting yourself. Good luck!
