All you do is put 4-6 frozen bananas in your food processor and start-er-up. Don't forget to take the peel off the bananas before you freeze them. It's easier to get the bananas apart if you lie them flat when freezing. Best to break them in half when you put them in the food processor. This can be a very cheap treat if you buy the "clearance" bananas in a bag the grocery store is trying to get rid of. I use a 12-cup Kitchenaid processor which I highly recommend. Enjoy!
