well i am on a raw vegan transition diet and a few sources that i
found helpful include an old book written in the 20's "mucusless
diet healing system" by Arnold Ehret
he talks about transition diets in the book.
80/10/10 is apperantly a great updated and recent book but i still
haven't read the whole thing.
