Subject:         Raw foods diet and joint pain

Hi I have been experimenting with raw foods on and off for several years. Well I am now suffering from a degenerative form of arthritis. I have a devil of a time walking, or climbing stairs. Going up the stairs is particularly challenging. Well now I am back to raw foods because I believe it is my last chance to live a normal life. I have been at it for about a week and I think I am starting to feel the difference. I don't wake up in pain as much, and I feel like a fog is lifted off my whole being. This has to work because my doctor hasn't taken me seriously enough and the only thing I get from him is sympathy. I guess that is something anyway. So it is all up to me, I have to find a way to heal myself. I have been juicing Kale and Spinach, and all the greens I can find because of the healing properties. I heard Sunflower seeds are good I have to go get some. I usually juice an apple to sweeten it and Ginger. I juice all kinds of fruit. I haven't done too much with raw grains. Gluten is out of the question for me anyway. Any suggestions will be appreciated
