I've been 811 for at least a year (maybe 2, fat and protein was around 9-12% the year before). I stopped getting any sickness 6 years ago. And since '94 when I started eating better(and went vegan, + fruit for breakfast), sickness got less severe and farther between.

This forum is near empty. There's an 811 section here called "raw and sports" and there's the forum "30 bananas a day" - all 811 all the time :)
