Please post as a reply to this how long you have been on 811 (you know who you are who are on it - not interested in those who are not on 811 or are barely on it) and how long you have not had any kind of 'usual' illness such as a cold, flu, sore throat, laryngitis, fever, aches and pains assocoated with fevers, etc. I am curious to see if there are any trends or am I just lucky to be sickness free for 2 years already. I have been following a diet extremely close to 100% 811 for 4.5 years now and illness free for the last 2.
