I only know that I spent a month just having the juice of 6-9 lemons a day with lots of water for 30 days, and that definitely gets it out. My hair stopped falling out. The skin near my nails stopped pealing. My tongue was thick with a white coat of candida. While I should have spent a week on raw food, then done another month to get the job finished off, I binged on chocolate and after a few weeks I was back where I started.
