Hi Ellie, when I first started raw, high fat gourmet raw food helped a lot reduce my craving for cooked food. Now as my body becomes cleaner, I am natrually drawn towards high water contend foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables. So I reduced my fat and nuts intake and intuitively started 80-10-10.
