Hi Dr. Graham! I am just getting started on 811 - I have eaten mainly raw fruits and vegetables for about a year without even realizing it was a "way of eating" (because it makes me feel better when I'm training and recover faster) so now am trying to reduce my protein, nuts and seeds so that I am getting less than 10% of each. My training is very intense - normally 2x per day 6 days per week and 3x/day close to competition. However my sport is based on weight class so I have to be conscious of my weight -- a few pounds either way matters - leading up to a tournament or competition sometimes I need to drop about 3 or 4 pounds - what is the best method without compromising strength/energy/hydration?
