Subject:         The Perfect Smoothie?

Hello everyone.

I was thinking the other day how sick and tired I am of
wasting so much time meal planning, grocery shopping, and
prepping food (yes, even raw food requires some prep)

I am not completely new to raw food but I would still consider
myself a newbie I guess. I know enough to get by.

My problem is wasting time, as I'm sure many of you would
agree that it is bad.

Has anyone ever thought of the perfect smoothie?

Something that meets 80/10/10 to a tee and has everything in 1
glorious concoction?

Maybe that's a little unrealistic, so maybe make it 2
different smoothies that meet 80/10/10 exactly but contain
different ingredients to ensure ALL essential vitamins and
minerals are accounted for?

I was thinking the other day of a quote from "The Matrix" when
they are all sitting down at the table on their ship eating a
bowl of slop.

Dozer says "It's a single celled protein combined with
synthetic aminos, vitamins, and minerals. Everything the body

I'm sure it is possible for us to create such a mixture.
