You can get more fruit down with mono fruit meals and the digestion is much better. You can experience this for yourself, no need for studies. You will see from personal experience that it all digests much better when eating one kind of fruit for an entire meal. You might also notice that your blood sugar does not spike as much.. Give it a try.. It's worth a shot..
